Royal Nobility Title from Surakarta Court in Solo
Mr William Marie Adinagoro Chong has been blessed and honoured to be conferred a higher Royal Nobility Title by the Surakarta court in Solo, -- an honorary title considered prestigious by the Javanese.
The Surakarta King, Raja Pakubuwono XIII endorsed the Royal Javanese name Kanjeng Pangeran Adipati William Marie Chong Adinagoro.
Granting a Royal Nobility to a foreigner, although has been done previously, is not a common practice. Yet, this shows the court's good relationship with other countries in Europe, Asia and America.
